(Rancho Cucamonga, CA)  The 2015-16 Season was another successful one for the Men's Basketball Program and Head Coach Clark Maloney.  Unfortunately the 2016 South Coast Conference Champions season ended at the hands of the #3 seed Chaffey Panthers, this past Saturday, in the second round of the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Southern California Play-Offs.  Chaffey (23-6) the #3 seed in the play-offs, took an early 10-0 lead over the Mounties (#14 seed) and never looked back.

South Coast Conference (SCC) Player of the Year, Larmarquis Thompson, led the Mounties with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists.

The Mounties finish the season with a 17-11 overall record, a 7-1 conference record and a 2016 SCC Championship.

Congratulations to SCC Coach of the Year Clark Maloney, his coaching staff and the team for another championship winning men's basketball season.
