Ozan's 2018 track crew, produced four individual state titles (men's steeplechase, men's 5k, men 10k, women's 10k) and 14 All-Americans. At the SCC Championships, his men's steeplechase team swept the top five spots at SoCal Championships.

In the Fall of 2017, Ozan led the Mounties to their 2nd CCCAA Cross Country State Championship Team Title in school history (first since 1989).  The team also captured their 4th consecutive South Coast Conference (SCC) Cross Country Championship and their second SoCal Cross Country Championship in the past three years.

In 2016, at the SCC Championships, the Mounties took 6 of the top 7 and 11 of the top 14 places.  The team went on to finish 3rd at the SoCal and CCCAA State Championships.

At the 2015 SCC Cross Country Championships, the men’s team took 1st through 6th place.  The team placed 2nd at the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) State Cross Country Championships and Ozan was named Men’s Cross Country State Assistant Coach of the Year by the California Community College Cross Country and Track Coaches Association (5CTCA).

Ozan previously coached at Cerritos College from 2012-2013 as a cross country and distance coach.  In 2012, the Falcons captured both men’s and women’s cross country team and individual conference titles.  In track & field, Ozan led the Falcon Men to a first through sixth place finish in the 800 meters at the SCC Championships.  He also produced the SCC Champion in the women’s 1,500 meters and the men’s 800 meter, 1,500 meter, 5,000 meter, 10,000 meter and 3,000 meter steeplechase SCC Champion.

Santa Barbara where he received his B.A. in vocal performance. He also went on to receive his Masters in Classical Voice at the Manhattan School of Music.

An extremely talented vocal musician, Ozan was finalist in the Apollo Theater Amateur Night (2006) and sang as a soloist, a world premiere piece at Carnegie Hall (2007).  In 2007, he received his Master’s Degree in Classical Voice from the Manhattan School of Music. He currently performs vocally as part of the A Cappella group, AirPlay.
