Fullerton, Calif. – After a strong showing in the opening round of the Orange Empire Conference (OEC) Finals on Monday, the Mt. San Antonio College Women's Golf Team wrapped up the event in second place overall. The Mounties posted a team score of 319 in round one and 326 in round two, finishing just behind Orange Coast College, which captured the team title with a final-round 306.

Mt. SAC standout Kaitlyn Wang once again led the Mounties, firing a 76 to finish third overall for the day. Kyrie Padero and Leah Garcia each carded 81s, while Lauren Grant-Timassy followed with an 88 to complete the team total of 326. Abigail Price (93) and Evangeline Rodriguez (97) rounded out Mt. SAC's lineup.

With the results, Orange Coast claimed the OEC Championship with an overall record of 27–1, while Mt. SAC secured a second-place finish at 22–6. Fullerton placed third at 10–18.

Throughout the season, Wang was among the top individual performers in the OEC, narrowly finishing second overall with an adjusted average of 75.2, just behind OCC's Sophie Thibodeau (75.0).

Wang and Padero (79.5 adjusted average) both earned spots on the OEC First Team, while Grant-Timassy (83.3), Garcia (84.2), and Price (90.0) were named to the OEC Second Team, highlighting Mt. SAC's strong depth and consistency throughout the year.
