Kenneth Walter brings over 25 years of experience as an invaluable member of the Mt. SAC Athletics Sports Information and Special Events Offices.  Walter currently handles many areas within the division including the Mt. SAC Athletics Department and Mt. SAC Kinesiology/Athletics/Dance Division Websites, division social media, statistics, and Mt. SAC Relays Media Relations.  

In addition to his current duties, Walter serves on several committees including the Mt. SAC Foundation Golf Committee, Mt. SAC Athletics Hall of Fame Committee, Mt. SAC Relays Executive Committee, and USA Track Field (USATF) National Pole Vault Summit Committee. 

In his spare time, he volunteers his time with a number of organizations including with USATF Pole Vault Development (National Pole Vault Summit, NAPVA Championships, etc.) and Bonita High School. At Bonita High School, he currently serves as an Assistant Basketball Coach and has also coached basketball at Azusa, Damien and Claremont High Schools.  

An avid sports fan, he enjoys cheering on his beloved UCLA Bruins, Pittsburg Steelers, L.A. Lakers, L.A. Dodgers, and Kansas City Royals. Walter prepped at Ontario High School (Ontario, CA) where he participated on the football, basketball and track & field programs.

Walter received his bachelor's degree from Cal State San Bernardino.  

Most importantly, Walter enjoys spending time with his family.  He and his wife Michelle, reside in La Verne and are proud parents of their three grown children Brittany, Sabrina, and Kenneth Jr..
