Erica Ledezma serves the Mt. SAC Student-Athletes as the WIN Program Coordinator and faculty member. A former Mt. SAC Student-Athlete, she was a member of the 1995 Women’s Soccer State Championship Team who garnered all-conference honors in 1994 and 1995.
Ledezma received her Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, from Cal Poly Pomona and her Master's in Psychology from Capella University. At Cal Poly Pomona, she was a standout member of the women’s soccer team, earning all-conference (1997) and All-American Honors (1998).
After Cal Poly, Ledezma returned back to Mt. SAC and along with her directors established the student-ahlete study hall/tutorial service, now known as the WIN Program. The WIN Program Provides support services which help all students achieve excellence in academics.
Ledezma also splits time as Psychology instructor, a passion she enjoys as much as supervising the WIN Program.
A devoted mother to her son Christopher, she enjoys watching movies and traveling in her spare time.
