(Fresno, CA) In its inaugural season, the Mt. San Antonio College Women's Wrestling team finished second at the first-ever California Community College Athletic Association Team Dual State Championship at Fresno City College on Saturday, March 11.

In the first round, the Mounties defeated Fresno City College, 27-22, then bested East Los Angeles College, 28-24, in the third round to earn a spot in the championship against Cerritos College, where the Falcons earned a decisive 45-9 victory.

Next up for Mt. SAC is a conference matchup at home against Cerritos on Thursday, March 16, at 7 p.m.
