(Los Angeles, CA) With a 3-0 (25-8, 25-13, 25-17) South Coast Conference win over host Los Angeles City College (0-18, 0-13) on Wednesday, Nov. 1, Mt. San Antonio College improved to 14-9 overall and 8-5 in conference play.

The Mounties are currently in fourth place in the SCC standings behind first-place Rio Hondo College (17-4, 12-1) and Long Beach City College (17-3, 11-3)/Pasadena City College (18-6, 11-3), who are tied for second.

Andrea Brewer (10 digs, four kills), Kyra Miller (nine kills), Candace Ceballos (four kills, four service aces), Eva Becerra (12 assists, five digs), Naara Ortega (seven digs), Brooke Olivas (five digs) and Capri Salmon (17 assists, four digs) helped pace Mt. SAC to victory against the Cubs.

Next up for the Mounties is an SCC matchup at Pasadena on Friday, Nov. 3, at 6:15 p.m. Mt. SAC defeated the Lancers, 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-21), back on Oct. 4.
