(Long Beach, CA) Mt. San Antonio College's six-game win streak came to an end as host Long Beach City College (14-2, 8-2) defeated the Mounties, 3-2 (13-25, 27-25, 28-26, 17-25, 15-10), in a South Coast Conference match on Wednesday, Oct. 18.

Andrea Brewer (22 digs, 17 kills), Candace Ceballos (20 digs, seven kills), Brooke Olivas (22 digs), Kyra Miller (nine kills, three service aces) and Capri Salmon (44 assists, 15 digs) were among the top players for Mt. SAC.

The Mounties return home for an SCC matchup against El Camino College (3-14, 3-7) on Friday, Oct. 20, at 6 p.m. Mt. SAC defeated the Warriors, 3-0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-13) on Sept. 20.
