(Cypress, CA) Trailing 2-1 through three sets, host Cypress College (4-1) took the last two sets to defeat Mt. SAC, 3-2, by the scores of 22-25, 25-22, 22-25, 25-17, and 15-7 on Friday night.

Jessica Morse had 16 kills and 10 digs for the Mounties, while teammate Jocelyn Portillo added 12 kills and 11 digs. Marcy Barnes (10 kills, nine digs) and Elizabeth Thomas (15 digs) also played well for Mt. SAC.

The Mounties have dropped four straight and will look to get back on track at Chaffey (7-1) on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 6 p.m.
