(Louisville, KY) Mt. SAC Softball Catcher Morgan Kneubuhler was named the 2024 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) CAL JC Diamond Catcher of the Year! The freshman catcher out of Chino Hills High School in Chino Hills, California, helped lead the Mounties batting .785 slugging percentage, .469 batting average, 61 hits, 9 home runs, 50 RBIs, 37 runs scored, and a .514 on-base percentage. While catching in 33 games, Kneubuhler committed only 2 errors in 162 innings. She threw out nine of the 18 opponents who attempted to steal against her.
