(Riverside, CA) The Mt. SAC Men's Golf team participated in its fourth tournament of the 2022 season on Monday, February 28 at the Riverside Invitational at the Victoria Country Club.

The event was hosted by Riverside City College, which will also be hosting the CCCAA State Championships in May.

The Mounties were led by Brandon Winters, as he tied for first with a Par 72.

The freshman shot a one-over-par 36 on the front nine and came home with a one-under-par 36 for the 72.

Highlighting the first nine holes, Winters had one birdie, six pars, and two bogies. On the back nine, he had two birdies, six pars, and one bogey.

The Mounties open Orange Empire Inland Conference action on Monday, March 7 at Spring Valley Lake Golf Club - Victor Valley, CA.
