(Walnut, CA) Host Mt. San Antonio College (25-3, 9-1) closed out its regular season schedule with an 83-72 South Coast Conference North Division victory over Los Angeles Trade Tech College (16-12, 5-5) on Friday, Feb. 23.

Four Mounties posted double-digit scoring: Mikah Gardner (20 points), Nick Hopkins (17), CJ Fisher (15), and Jerimiyah Smith (12). Fisher also led all players with 10 rebounds as Hopkins and Gardner grabbed eight each.

Mt. SAC led by as many as 19 points and dominated the Beavers in rebounding, 52-32, and bench scoring, 40-18.

With the SCC North title in hand, the Mounties seeded #3 in the 3C2A Southern California Regional playoffs await the winner of the #14 San Bernardino Valley and #19 Irvine Valey game. The Mounties will host the 2nd round game on March 2nd at 5 pm.
