(Wilmington, CA) A strong second half by host L.A. Harbor led to an 87-70 victory over the Mt. SAC Men's Basketball team on Friday (January 13) in a South Coast Conference crossover game.

After Mt. SAC took a two point, 39-37, lead at the half, L.A. Harbor (15-3), ranked 11th  in the state by the California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association Poll (Jan. 2), took control in the second half by outscoring the Mounties, 51-30, to win going away.

With the loss, Mt. SAC falls below .500 at 9-10 overall.

The Mounties will begin South Coast Conference North action at home this coming Wednesday (Jan. 18).
