(Walnut, CA) Mt. SAC Basketball player Christian Mays will continue his academic and athletic career at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Mays was a member of the 2012-13 Mounties State Championship team. He averaged 6.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. He also received the Most Improved Player of the Year award. 

The OLLU Saints are in the NAIA Red River Athletic Conference which includes schools in Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas.  Most recently 82 student-athletes at OLLU were recognized by the RRAC as Scholar Athletes; the most in the schools history.
