(Stockton, CA) In a non-conference game at the University of the Pacific on Friday, Feb. 9, Mt. San Antonio College defeated host San Joaquin Delta College (4-4) by the score of 11-4 to improve to 4-2 on the season. The teams will face each other again on Saturday, Feb. 10, at 1 p.m.

In Friday's contest, several players sparked the Mountie offense, including Andrew Walters (3-5, R, RBI), Bryan Bradshaw (2-5, R, RBI, 2B), Bradyn France (1-4, 2 R, 2 RBI, HR), Andrew Ramirez (1-4, R, 3 RBI, 3B), and Gibby Morales (1-2, 2 R).

On the basepaths, Walters and Ty Thomas (1-1) each stole a base for Mt. SAC.

Starting pitcher Matthew Lorenzano (1-0) got the win for the Mounties, throwing six innings, allowing one run (earned) on five hits, while striking out three.
