SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR WRESTLERS

The Mt. SAC Wrestling Camp is designed for individuals (male and female of all ages and levels) who are looking to improve their wrestling skills. The camp is designed to teach skills needed to optimize wrestling ability using current training trends and techniques. The camp features top wrestlers and coaches from throughout the United States. No experience is necessary to participate in the Mt. SAC Wrestling Camp. Camp is appropriate for all levels from beginners to advanced wrestlers.

• COST: $125 Early Registration(on or before 07/31) / $150 Late Registration (after 07/31) / $85 Single Day Registration
