Jordan Brown enters his first year at Mt. San Antonio’s College as an assistant men’s basketball coach, after a successful 4-year stint at San Diego Mesa College. With an emphasis on offensive development, Brown played a critical role in the progression of Mesa College’s overall record. 

Brown’s main responsibilities for the Mt. SAC men’s basketball program will include player development, recruiting, scouting, on-court coaching, and academics.

In addition to his coaching duties, Brown hopes to bring a unique set of skills to the program. He has extensive knowledge of the game's mental aspects and believes this will be an important pillar of success for his teams. His experience as an assistant coach has also instilled in him a wealth of knowledge of the NCAA regulations and the ability to effectively build relationships with potential student-athletes.

Brown's long-term goal is to help the men’s basketball program reach its full potential and become a perennial powerhouse. To achieve this goal, Brown believes in teaching his players the importance of hard work, discipline, and teamwork. He plans to use a combination of data-driven analysis, innovative approaches, and one-on-one instruction to foster individual growth and development.

Coach Brown is excited about joining the Mt. SAC family and looks forward to contributing to the long-term success of the program. He is committed to providing transformative leadership and helping athletes reach their fullest potential.
