With just one game remaining in the regular season, the Mt. SAC Women's Water Polo Team secured an important 13-6 win against South Coast Conference rival El Camino on Wednesday, October 23. This victory boosts the Mounties' record to 10-8 overall, while the Warriors fall to 9-8. Both teams are now tied with a conference record of 5-1, highlighting the competitiveness of this matchup.
Carolyn Kao and Rachel Donahue led the scoring for the Mounties with four goals each, showcasing their offensive talent. Gianna Gomez added two goals, while Lola Baiz, Vayda Saucedo and Spencer Damaske each contributed one.
Looking ahead, the Mounties will host their final regular-season game against Cerritos College on Wednesday, October 30. Cerritos currently holds a 5-17 overall record and is 4-2 in conference play. Come out to support the Women's Water Polo Team!
