San Diego, Calif. – The Mt. SAC Women's Track and Field Team showcased their talent at the UCSD Triton Invitational on April 4-5, competing against several highly competitive four-year schools at Triton Track and Field Stadium.

Denise Villarreal clocked in at 39:56.36, finishing the 10,000 meters with a solid third-place performance. In the 3000-meter Steeplechase, Yadira Arnold earned a third-place finish with a time of 11:34.06, while Ava Cornell followed closely in fifth at 11:49.81.

The Mounties will return to their home track for the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays on Saturday, April 12. Come out to cheer on the team as they compete on familiar ground.
