Women's Track & Field turns in solid performances at Beach Opener

(Long Beach, CA) Three Mt. San Antonio College Women's Track and Field athletes turned in first-place finishes at the Beach Opener Meet at Cal State Long Beach on Friday and Saturday, March 4-5. In addition, the Mounties accumulated three second-place and three third-place placings in a field that included community colleges and universities.

The Mounties will next compete in the Ben Brown Invitational at Cal State Fullerton on Friday and Saturday, March 11-12. Distance runners will participate in the Occidental Distance Carnival on Saturday, as well.
