Ojai, Calif. – Julianna Vich and Paige Valenzuela made history for Mt. SAC over the weekend, winning their second consecutive 3C2A Women's Tennis Doubles State Championship. The standout duo defeated Santa Barbara City College's Callie Tzab and Yoshino Fujita in a hard-fought final, winning in straight sets, 6-2, 7-5.
With the victory, Vich and Valenzuela become back-to-back state champions — a rare achievement that cements their legacy as one of the most successful doubles teams in Mt. SAC history.
The championship win caps off a stellar 2024-2025 season for Mt. SAC Women's Tennis and underscores the program's continued success on the state stage.
The Mounties now wrap up another remarkable year — and look ahead to building on that momentum next season. See you in 2025–2026!
