(Walnut, CA) The Mt. SAC Softball Team (35-5) has received the #3 seed in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Southern Regional and will host #14 seed Chaffey College (26-12-1).  Game one will be on Saturday, May 7th at 2:00 pm.  Game two will be on Sunday, May 8th at 12:00 noon, with the "if needed" game three at 2:00 pm. 

“We are excited about post-season play,” replied Mt. SAC coach Ruby Rojas. “This is what we have worked all year for, but we are continuing our philosophy that got us here, ‘winning one pitch at a time’". 

The Mounties and Panthers have not played each other this season.  Chaffey (Foothill Conference) and Mt. SAC (South Coast Conference) each captured their respective conference championships and Conference Coach of the Year Honors for Ruby Rojas (Mt. SAC) and Trisha Senyo (Chaffey).

Tickets are available at the gate and are:

• $12 for Adults (13 years and older)
• $8 for Seniors (55 or better), Children under 12, Staff and Students with ID
