We invite you to join us for a fun and exciting instructional goalkeeper camp. The Mt. SAC Goalkeeper Camp offers beginning to advanced training in all aspects of goalkeeping. Attendees will receive training focusing on footwork, distribution, high-diving, low-diving, crosses and specific strength and conditioning for the goalkeeper. The camp will be structured and adapted for goalkeepers of all ages and abilities. Learn proper goalkeeping technique from some of the most successful coaches and players in Southern California.
