Rhonda Roberts begins her sixth season as the Head Coach of the Mt. SAC Pep Squad. A native of Dallas, Texas, Roberts was a cheerleader at the high school and at the collegiate level with the University of Texas at Austin (UT). She cheered and competed for the Longhorns from 1989-1993.
While at UT, Rhonda became an instructor for a California based cheerleading and dance company – the United Spirit Association (USA). Over the last 17 years, she has been involved with the USA in many facets including, head instructing, program development, special events, tours and competition directing. She is currently the Marketing Director for the USA. Rhonda is also a National Safety Certifier for the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators (AACCA).AACCA provides a nationwide certifying course for cheerleading coaches and administrators.
Roberts received her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. She has made her hobby of cheerleading her career and enjoys going to work everyday!
Most of all, Rhonda adores her husband of 13 years, boys Kendall (9) and William (6), daughter Alliyah (5) and Mother, Loretta for relocating from Texas to help take care of her children and her 4.1 pound Maltese, Coconut.
