Kelly Martinez serves the Mt. SAC Athletics Department as a Sports Publicist.  Martinez has worked in the collegiate sports information field since 1992 and has been associated with Mt. SAC since 1999.

Througout his career, he has covered high school, college and professional sports for several organizations including the the Los Angeles Times, Long Beach Press-Telegram, AXS.com, Bleacher Report and Compton Community College. 

Martinez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Utah Valley University.

He and his wife Margaret are proud parents of four children (three sons and a daughter) and one grandson.
