(Walnut, CA) Host Mt. San Antonio College (5-1-1) won its second game in a row with a 3-0 non-conference win over Golden West College (1-3-1) on Friday, Sept. 15.

On an assist from Kristin Mijares, Natalia Reyes scored the game's first goal in the 4th minute. Mijares added an unassisted score in the 33rd minute and Brianna Bernal tacked on another on an assist from Mariela Garcia in the 89th minute to complete the shutout.

In 90 minutes, goalie Anai Olmedo made two saves for the Mounties.

Mt. SAC returns to action with a non-conference home matchup against Santa Barbara City College (4-1-1) on Friday, Sept. 22, at 4 p.m. The Vaqueros have scored 19 goals this season, while allowing four. The Mounties have allowed five goals so far this season, and have scored 22.
