WEEK OF OCTOBER 13, 2014
CONGRATULATIONS TO HEAD COACHES DOUG TODD, DAVID RIVERA AND BOB JASTRAB!
Todd led the Mountie Women's Cross Country Team to a big win at home, over 26 teams, at the prestigious Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational!
Rivera guided the Mighty Mountie Wrestling Team to their 3rd consecutive Southern California Wrestling Dual Team Championship! The Mounties will defend their 2013 State Dual Wrestling Championship, later this season, against Northern California Champion, Fresno City College.
After racking up win #99 against cross town rival Citrus College, last Saturday, Jastrab has only one final step to set the record for the shortest time a California Community College Football Coach has reached the 100 win mark and also become the first head football coach to win 100 games in 10 years or less. The #1 ranked Mounties travel this Saturday to face a very tough opponent in #2 ranked Riverside City College.
