Mountie Women's Cross Country places second at Manny Bautista Invite

(San Diego, CA) With 82 points, the Mt. San Antonio College Women's Cross Country team placed second at the Manny Bautista Cross Country Invite at NTC Park in San Diego on Friday, Oct. 7. Mesa Community College (AZ) finished first with a team score of 60 points and Central Arizona College came in third with 92 points.

In a field of 125 runners, four Mounties turned in top-25 performances, including Hannah Brown (19:08.9, 5th place), Ingrid Tamayo (19:50.3, 10th), Cassandra Apahidean (20:01.0, 14th), and Karla Galvan (20:45.1, 25th).
