(Walnut, CA) Taking first in nine of the meet's 11 events, host Mt. San Antonio College defeated Sierra College, 109-96, at the Mt. SAC Aquatics Center on Thursday, Feb. 29.

First-place finishes for the Mounties came from Eden Kennedy (500 Free), Paige Fast (100 IM, 100 Back), Genevieve Niko (50 Free, 100 Free), Elleanna Ramos (100 Fly), Madison Dorsey (300 IM), the 200 Relay team (Fast, Ramos, Kennedy, Niko), and the 400 MR team (Fast, Aniela Sabadin, Ramos, Niko).

Mt. SAC also took second in the 100 Free (Fast) and the 50 Free (Ramos) and third in the 100 IM (Ramos) and the 100 Breast (Sabadin).

The Mounties will swim against El Camino College and Rio Hondo College on Friday, March 1, at 9 a.m., then will compete in the 38th Mt. SAC Swimming and Diving Invitational, which takes place on Friday and Saturday, March 1-2.
