(Wilmington, CA) Host Los Angeles Harbor College (2-7-2, 0-2) fell behind early and was unable to catch up as Mt. San Antonio College (9-2-1, 2-0) rolled to a 3-1 South Coast Conference crossover win on Friday, Oct. 6.

In the 10th minute, Kathryn Davis put the Mounties up 1-0 with a goal on an assist from Ynneli Gonzalez-Soriano. Kristin Mijares added to the visitors' lead when she connected on an assist from Alina Valdez in the 17th minute. Veronica Aquino scored the last Mt. SAC goal of the game in the 25th minute with an unassisted goal. The Seahawks' lone goal game in the 85th minute.

Goalies Anai Olmedo (45 minutes, one save) and Emily Vanderkallen (45 minutes, one save) combined in the victory for the Mounties.

On Tuesday, Oct. 10, Mt. SAC will travel to Los Angeles City College (0-12, 0-2) to begin SCC North Division play. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
