Fifth Win in a Row for Women's Golf!

(Diamond Bar, CA) For a fifth straight conference golf match, the Mounties came out on top against strong Orange Empire competition.  The team (45-3) finished with a four player total of 330 strokes, ahead of second place finisher Irvine Valleys 345, and College of the Desert, who finished in third, with 350.

Sarah Juelch once again paced the team with a low of 78, followed closely behind by her teammate, Victoria Rodarte, with an 80. Rounding out the top four scores were Freshmen, Marissa Valencia (82) and Tiffany Lin (90).

The Mounties have 3 golfers, Juelch (#3), Rodarte (#4) and Valencia (#9), that rank in the top ten scoring for the conference.  Lin ranks in the top 20, holding at #17.

Mt. SAC goes on the road this weekend for the North/South Tourney at Morro Bay, the site for this seasons State Championships in November.
