(Walnut, CA) The mighty Mt. SAC Softball Program will begin the 2015 season as the number 1 ranked team in Southern California and the number 2 ranked team in the state behind defending state champion, Sierra College.  Last season, the Mounties finished second in the state with the record of 40 wins and 10 losses.

In preparation for this years season, the Mounties helped out Olympic Softball Superstar, Jennie Finch and 150 young women, by serving as instructors at the Jennie Finch Softball Camp in Mission Viejo.  The Mounties hard work was rewarded with a donation of equipment and a check to help the Mt. SAC Softball Program's quest for a 5th CCCAA State Championship.
