The Mt. SAC Softball Team (26-3, 16-0) defeated the Cerritos Falcons on Thursday afternoon by a score of 6-4.  Alexandrea Simmons led the hitting, going 3 for 4 with a stolen base while Emily Seidel had two doubles and 3 RBI's leading the scoring for the Mounties.

Denise Gonzales and Seidel paired up pitching for the victory, with Gonzales going 5 innings, facing 20 batters, while Seidel faced 10 batters in 2 innings worth of work.

The Mounties remain unbeaten in conference play with the win and have five more conference games remaining, 10 total contests left on the schedule.  They travel to El Camino next Tuesday and then retun home vs East Los Angeles College Thursday.
