(Walnut, CA) The Mt. SAC Men's Tennis team lost its first Inland Empire Athletic Conference match, 6-3, to visiting San Diego City College on Friday (Feb. 18).

The Mounties (2-1), who started the season with two consecutive victories, remain in second place in conference behind College of the Desert.

In singles, Jayden Aggers defeated his opponent, Danny Cao (6-2, 6-0), while Adrian Arellano won by default.

The Doubles team of Jason Padilla/Adrian Arellano also won by default.

The Mounties have an early-season showdown with first place Desert Tuesday (Feb. 22) at the Mt. SAC Tennis Center. The match begins at 2:00 pm.
