(Walnut, CA) In a non-conference game that was scoreless until the second half, San Bernardino Valley College (6-1-2) scored the contest's only and decisive goal in the 59th minute to secure the win over host Mt. San Antonio College (2-2-4) on Tuesday, Sept. 19.

The Mounties' defense held the Wolverines to only one shot on goal in the game, which connected and proved to be enough for the victory. Mt. SAC was active offensively, making five shots on goal, but didn't convert on any of them.

Santa Barbara City College (1-2-2) will visit the Mounties for a non-conference game on Friday, Sept. 22, at 6 p.m.
