(Glendora, CA) Behind a balanced offense that produced goals from four players, Mt. SAC (4-2) gained a 4-1 road win over Citrus (2-2) on Tuesday.
Karissa Vela scored the Mounties' first goal at the 25:49 mark. Jacquelynn Coronado added another score at the 55:54 point of the contest, and Kaylee Gutierrez added another at 70:24. Kayla Allen accounted for the team's final goal at the 88:20 mark. The lone Owl score came at 83:00.
In 90 minutes, goalie Leila Peregrina had four saves for Mt. SAC.
Winners of three of their last four, the Mounties will host San Bernardino Valley (3-2) on Friday, Sept. 17, at 7 p.m.
