Lauren Quinonez began her journey in the Spring of 2022 at MT. SAC where she was an integral part of the coaching staff for two transformative years. Her coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in her own remarkable playing career, which saw her shine as a standout Beach Volleyball player. A true talent of the game, Lauren's coaching style is a blend of wisdom acquired from her experiences and a genuine love for nurturing talent.

Lauren's coaching ability extends beyond MT. SAC, having served as an Assistant Coach at Revolution Volleyball Academy. During her year with the Academy, she contributed to the growth and development of young athletes, leaving an indelible mark on their journey. She also was an Assistant Coach at Proplay Boys Volleyball.

Lauren's playing career is a collection of achievements, attributed to her time at Mt. SAC, Ottawa University, and Westcliff University. Notably, she played a pivotal role in leading her team to victory as the 2016 South Coast Conference, North Champs with Mt. SAC, and achieving the ultimate feat of becoming the 2019 National Champions with Ottawa University.

Hailing from Walnut, CA, Lauren's roots ground her in a community that knows the importance of hard work and dedication. Her academic journey has been likewise notable, earning degrees in AA-T Psychology, BA Psychology, Masters in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology at California Baptist University, Lauren continues to exemplify the pursuit of knowledge.

A product of Walnut High School in Walnut, CA, Lauren's roots ground her in a community that knows the importance of hard work and dedication. Lauren earned a degrees in AA-T Psychology, BA Psychology, Masters in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology at California Baptist University.

Lauren is currently an adjunct professor at Mt. SAC where she teaches in the Kinesiology Department.
