NATYCAA Announces 2020-21 Officers and Executive Committee

CLEVELAND – The National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) has selected Joe Jennum, dean/director of athletics at Mt. San Antonio College, to serve as President for the 2020-21 membership year.
 
"Stepping into the role as President of NATYCAA is truly a great honor. Having experienced firsthand the impact this organization has on our profession, epitomizes the collegiality and professional development NATYCAA provides for its members across the country," stated Jennum. "With the current situation, next year will be a year of many challenges and adjustments. I, along with the dedicated leadership group, am prepared to meet the needs of our membership. The planning for next year's Convention will be at the forefront of our effort. I look forward to this incredible opportunity to lead this organization, expand my service role within NATYCAA and follow in the footsteps of my outstanding predecessors."

 
Jennum replaces 2019-20 President Michelle Ruble, director of athletics at the College of Southern Maryland, who will transition to Immediate Past President. Serving alongside Jennum are: 1st Vice President, Rob Chaney, director of athletics, Tallahassee Community College; 2nd Vice President, Kevin Salisbury, director of athletics at the Community College of Rhode Island; 3rd Vice President, Christina Hundley, director of athletics at Paradise Valley Community College; Secretary, Tammy Davis, director of athletics at Western Texas College; and Treasurer, Gary Broadhurst, director of athletics, Mohawk Valley Community College.
 
In addition to the 2020-21 Officers, the following directors of athletics will serve on the Executive Committee:
District 1: Aaron Bouyea, Monroe Community College – Rochester; Kristen Schuth, Genesee Community College
District 2: Mike Neal, Fayetteville Technical Community College; Shawn Noel, Union County College
District 3: Matt Ennis, State College of Florida; Carlton Rice, Lawson State Community College
District 4: Bill Jackson, Lake Land College; Scott Kawall, Kishwaukee College
District 5: Todd Carter, Butler County Community College; Greg McVey, Garden City Community College
District 6: Deron Clark, New Mexico Junior College; Roger Reding, South Plains College
District 7: Jonathan Berzins, Phoenix College; Ed Yeager, Chandler-Gilbert Community College
District 8: Kanoe Bandy, Taft College; Dan Clauss, Saddleback Community College
District 9: Jeff Reinland, Walla Walla Community College; Greg Sheley, Lane Community College
At-Large: Brian Henderson, Patrick Henry Community College; Colin Preston, El Camino College; Troy Tucker, Northampton Community College; Kevin Vest, Tyler Junior College; Mary Young, Central Community College
 
The Executive Directors of the three associations comprising NATYCAA will also serve on the Executive Committee: Marco Azurdia, Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges; Jennifer Cardone, California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA); and Chris Parker, National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
