(Walnut, CA)  This holiday season, the Mt. SAC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (S.A.A.C.), with the help of Mt. SAC Athletic Teams, collected over 500 food items and supplies for local residents in need.  The S.A.A.C. partnered with local church, Our Lady of the Assumption (Claremont, CA) and their Knights of Columbus Food For Families program in this endeavor.

"This was a worthy and meaningful project for our Athletics Department," replied S.A.A.C. Advisor Brian Crichlow.  "The community is so supportive of us.  This is a way we can give back and make a difference in the community."
