Mt. SAC Women’s Water Polo loses in SCC title game to Long Beach City

(Torrance, CA) For the fifth time in the last seven years, the Mt. SAC Women's Water Polo team has fallen to Long Beach City College in the South Coast Conference Championship game.

The Mounties last defeated Long Beach in the conference title game in 2013.

Next up for the Mounties is a berth in the CCCAA Southern California Regionals, which begin on Thursday (November 10). The bracket will be released on the CCCAA website on Nov. 7 or 8.

Mt. SAC, which finished with an 8-2 record in the SCC, is currently 16-9 overall, this is the most wins since the 2018 season.
