(Walnut) The Mt. SAC wrestling team opened the 2016 season at home, hosting the Mt. SAC DUALS TOURNAMENT.
The Mounties went 3-1 on the day. The Mounties defeated West Hills College, Rio Hondo College and East Los Angeles. Their only loss was to Cerritos College.
1st round Mt. SAC def West Hills 35-9
2nd round Mt. SAC def Rio Hondo 37-13
3rd round MtSAC lost to Cerritos 37-6
4th round MtSAC received a BYE
5th round MtSAC def East Los Angeles 38-16
