(Norwalk, CA) Four members of the Mountie Women's Basketball Team earned All-South Coast Conference (SCC) Honors.
Sophomore forward Jade Hughes, who averaged 12.6 points and 7.9 rebounds per game and Natalia Shpegel (11.8 ppg, 3.9 reb.) were named to the First Team.
Along with Hughes and Shpegel, Aujanae Mayes (8 ppg., 4.2 ast., 3.3 stl.) and Lauryn Manns (7.8 ppg., 3.9 reb.) were named to the 2nd Team All-South Coast Conference team.
Mt. SAC finshed the season with a 21-8 overall record and a 7-3 conference record and will enter the 2019 play-offs as the number four seed. The Mounties will host #13 seed Irvine Valley College, this Saturday, March 2nd at 7:00 pm.
