(Walnut, CA) We invite you to come out and suport your Mt. SAC Mounties Football Team (7-2 overall record, #7 state ranking) as they travel to Riverside, to take on Riverside City College (8-1 overall record, #3 state ranking) for the National Division Central Conference Championship, this Saturday, November 12th at 6:00 pm.
Mt. SAC is on a roll with 5 consecutive wins and an opposition scoreless streak spanning 10 quarters. Last week, the Tigers were upset by Central Conference opponent Long Beach City College, 38-31, in overtime. The Mounties defeated Long Beach City, 34-3, in week five and now lead the Central Conference with a record (conference) of 4-0.
The winner of this game will advance to the four team CCCAA SoCal Play-offs, while the loser will most likely end their 2016 campaign in a bowl game the following week.
