Bakersfield, CA - The top-ranked Chargers came into the Bakersfield Tourney with a 5-0 record and a big win over third-ranked Riverside on Friday. It was a different twist as th Chargers fell to Mt SAC 4-0 but bounced back in the late game to beat Southwestern 9-2 on Day 1. The following day, the Chargers lost touch with game and fell down o Canyons 8-1. Once again the lopsided loss did not bother the Chargers who came back to defeat the his team Bakersfield 9-1.
The Chargers are back to conference play on Tuesday when they sit Santa Ana.
