Coach Bustos’s Thoughts:
My approach to the 2014 softball team is that we are not making better players, we are making smarter players. At the end of the day there is no one to blame but ourselves for what we do or do not have. The methods we use to help develop these players will help shape the values they choose to live by once they leave this institution. These years are just a stepping stone in their path to their future and our experience can help develop a solid foundation which can serve them the rest of their lives.
