(Monterey Park, CA) The Women's Soccer team continued their 4 game winning streak (3-0 in conference) with a decisive win over East Los Angeles College (ELAC) (4-5-1). First goal was scored in the 16th minute by Stefanie Catone in with an assist from mid-fielder Alyssa Dunphy. ELlAC leveled the score in the 17 minute with a toe poke past stand-out Goalkeeper Lindsey Stocks (6 saves on the night ). The go ahead goal came in the 37 minute when the Sam Orodpour set up Sam Cabera, who riffled the ball past a charging ELAC Goalkeeper.

The second half was all Mt. SAC with Orodpour scoring a rocket from 35 yards out, off an assist by Stefanie Catone.

The Mountie's travel to Long Beach City College on Friday in what promises to be a great game between the two first place teams in conference.
