(Walnut, CA)  The Mt. SAC Women's Basketball Team (26-2) invites you to join them at their final 2017 regular season home game on Friday, February 17th, at 7:00 pm.  The "BIG" Game will feature defending CCCAA State Champions Mt. SAC taking on Chaffey College (12-14) in a South Coast Conference North Division match-up.  Pre-game and half-time activities will celebrate Sophomore Day, Think Pink Awareness and the 2004 Mt. SAC Women's Basketball State Championship Team.

Sophomores Tshlene Bentley, Caira Benton, Aliyah Dickson, Maddeline Dopplick, Allyah George, Kali Jones, Breanna Marquez and Amari Terry will be honored during pre-game activities in their final regular season home game for the Mounties.

The Mounties will be wearing special White and Pink uniforms to bring attention to Breast Cancer Awareness.   Proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to the American Cancer Society, through the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Basketball Asssociation Coaches Versus Cancer Initiative.  In the past three years, over $100,000 has been raised for the American Cancer Society through this state wide initiative. 

Eight of the 13 members of the 2004 Mt. SAC Women's Basketball Team (33-2) will be in attendance, celebrating their CCCAA State Championship.  The 2004 team captured the 2004 championship by defeating conference and cross town rival, Pasadena City College 82-54 in the championship game which was held at Jenny Craig Pavillion on the campus of the University of San Diego (San Diego, CA).
