(Walnut, CA) Michael Johnson, sophomore defensive back, was selected as Southern California Football Association, National Division Central, Defensive Player of the Year. Johson led the conference in interceptions with 6 and was seventh in pass break ups.
Mt. SAC Football team also earned fourteen National Central Division first team honors.
