SCFA Names Aaren Vaughns Central Football Conference, Special Teams Player of the Week!

(Walnut, CA) Mountie Running Back and Kick Returner, Aaren Vaughns was awarded the SCFA Special Teams/All-Purpose Player of the Week for his outstanding performance in the 52-28 win over Ventura.  

Vaughns returned two kickoffs for 111 yards, with one going for 91 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 56 yards, on four carries with one touchdown. 

Vaughns continues to play a very valuable part of the Mounties offense and special teams this season. He leads the team in All-Purpose yards with 145.7 yards per game, 37.3 yards per game coming out of the backfield.
