Coach Junior Tanuvasa enters his fourth season as a member of the Mt. SAC Football Coaching Staff, handling the Linebackers.

Tanuvasa was an All-Conference and All-State Linebacker at Henry Foss High School (2000) in Tacoma, Washington.  After high school, he attended and competed for the Mounties (2003) receiving All-Mission Conference honors.  He later transferred on scholarship to San Jose State University as a Line Backer (‘04-’05).

Tanuvasa received his A. A. degree in Liberal Arts from Mt. SAC and his B.A. in Sociology from New Mexico Highlands University.

He and his amazing wife Anetero, reside in Pomona with their three wonderful children; daughter Maliah and son’s Manaia and MalakiI.
